Within easy reach of the Hotel Dorisol Estrelícia there are many activities, things to do and sights to see; its marvelous location will also allow you to discover many bars and restaurants around the Lido area and maybe treat yourself to some of our regional specialties.

The wonderful seaside promenade that stretches along the south coast is 300 meters away. This is a lovely walk beautifully cared for, with flowers blooming year-round right by the sea. Sprinkled along its 2 km of length you’ll find charming cafés and restaurants, not to mention famous views of the coast and Atlantic Ocean.

The centre of Funchal is an easy ride away on the complimentary air-conditioned coach the hotel offers its guests (on request). The bus drives daily to the Marina, right in the centre of town and back to the hotel (except Sundays and Bank Holidays).
